Establish at least 50 new padel courts across major Indian cities by 2026, focusing on metropolitan areas and tier-2 cities with high sports engagement.
Collaborate with real estate developers, sports clubs, and corporate parks to integrate padel courts into existing facilities.
Support private investors and clubs with guidelines and incentives for building new courts.

2. National & Regional Competitions

Launch a ranking system by 2026 for Men’s, Women’s & Junior’s (Boys & Girls)
Launch a National Padel Championship by 2025, with regional qualifiers across North, South, East, and West India.
Organize Padel Leagues in collaboration with corporate sponsors, ensuring elite and grassroots participation.
Establish a junior and amateur circuit to nurture young talent and provide a structured competitive pathway.

3. Player Development & Coaching Programs

Create a coaching certification program in partnership with international padel federations to train local coaches.
Introduce junior training academies and grassroots programs in collaboration with schools and universities.
Facilitate player exchange programs with Spain, Argentina, and the Middle East to expose Indian athletes to global competition.

4. Commercial Growth & Sponsorship

Secure partnerships with sports brands, corporate sponsors, and media houses to support IPA’s activities.
Develop a broadcast and digital content strategy to increase fan engagement and viewership.
Launch membership programs offering exclusive benefits to players, clubs, and corporate partners.

5. Grassroots & Community Engagement

Implement Padel in Schools & Universities programs to introduce the sport to young players.
Conduct free training clinics and demo sessions to encourage public participation.
Collaboration with FIP (International Padel Federation) for junior event participation.
Exchange programs with Spain, Argentina, and UAE to provide international exposure.
Scholarships for top-ranked juniors to train abroad.
